Moses calls upon the nations to rejoice in his farewell poem, and ascends Mount Nebo from where he can see the Promised Land.

Tallit Band I
A montage of themes from Moses' farewell poem: the eagle who treats his young with love and affection, a metaphor for God, who has everlasting patience for his people; the scales of justice; Moses, the elderly lawgiver; and Joshua Ben Nun who is about to take his place.

Tallit Band II
Moses ascends Mount Nebo.

Translation of Hebrew (Deuteronomy 32, 48):
"And the Lord spoke unto Moses…saying…'Get thee up into this mountain of Abarim, unto mount Nebo…' "

The neckband of the tallit is decorated with the traditional blessing, hand painted with gold-outlined, crowned, Hebrew lettering.
The tallit is shown on a background of cream wool blend. The tallit tzitziot (threads) are handspun.

A matching tallit bag, tefillin bag and yarmulke are also available. The tallit bag is made of cream wool blend and has a strip of painted silk running horizontally.
